Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. However, we plan to expand our shipping destinations in the near future to reach our international customers. (Stay tuned – we’ll announce new shipping locations as soon as they become available!) In the meantime, we offer free standard shipping on all US orders, so you can enjoy your jewelry without extra shipping costs.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on every order within the USA, with no minimum purchase required. Your package will be shipped at no extra cost to you. (If you’re outside the US, please know we’re working hard to offer international shipping soon.)

How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is handmade with care, so please allow a short processing time before shipment. Orders typically take about 1–3 business days to process (crafting, quality inspection, and packing). Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. usually takes around 5–10 business days. We’ll do our best to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. (Note: You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships, so you can follow its journey to you.)

How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy and reassuring. As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your delivery status anytime – either through our website’s tracking portal or the carrier’s website. This way, you can watch your pretty new jewelry make its way to you! What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely via Stripe. What is your return policy?

If you’re not in love with your jewelry, we’ve got you covered with a 30-day happiness guarantee, Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. In fact, we don’t even require you to send the item back – just send us a photo of the product and we’ll issue a full refund. You can keep the piece (or donate it) as a gift from us. This hassle-free, no-return approach helps save your time and reduces waste, all while ensuring you feel confident shopping with us. We want you to love every piece you order, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t perfect.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
We do not offer a formal long-term warranty on our pieces. Each item is carefully handmade and inspected for quality before it ships, so you can trust its craftsmanship. If your jewelry arrives with any defect or issue, it’s covered by our 30-day guarantee – just let us know right away and we’ll take care of it. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy your jewelry for a long time, so while we don’t have an extended warranty program, we’re always happy to address any problems with your order. Your satisfaction means the world to us!

What materials are your jewelry made of?
We use only high-quality materials for our jewelry. Many of our pieces are crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver for a lasting shine. Sterling silver jewelry gives you the beauty of real silver (92.5% pure silver) with added durability. We also offer elegant fashion jewelry made from safe, premium alloys like stainless steel or zinc alloy, often plated in gold or silver tones and adorned with lovely stones or crystals. All our materials are nickel-free and lead-free, so they are designed to be durable, tarnish-resistant, and comfortable to wear daily. We take care in selecting our metals and finishes to ensure your jewelry looks gorgeous and stands the test of time.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic? (I have sensitive skin.)
Yes, our jewelry is designed with sensitive skin in mind. Sterling silver by definition contains no nickel, which makes it a top choice for those with metal allergies. Our 925 sterling silver pieces are hypoallergenic – they’re gentle on the skin and very unlikely to cause irritation. Currently, we do not offer personalized or custom-designed jewelry. All of our pieces are lovingly made as shown in our catalog, and we aren’t able to engrave or modify them at this time. How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend a few simple care tips:

  • Avoid moisture and chemicals: Keep your jewelry dry and away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh cleaning chemicals. These substances can dull the shine or cause tarnishing over time. It’s best to put your jewelry on last when getting ready, after applying any beauty products.

  • Remove during certain activities: Take off your rings, bracelets, or necklaces before bathing, swimming, exercising, or doing housework. This prevents exposure to sweat, soap, chlorine, or cleaning agents that could damage the finish or stones.
